We had sent a courier through Anytime express and due to an unusual mistake, which I am sure does not happen normally, a very important package meant for Uk reached Australia.It was an extremely distressing situation for us but must say the way nitesh from Anytime Express handled it was commendable. Right from accepting their mistake, being in regular touch with us to the final dispatch of the packet, he made us comfortable and made all efforts to rearrange the booking of the packet. Despite further setbacks some beyond his control , he ensured that the packet reached. Thanks to him for standing by and his regular follow ups and updates. This is what customer service is all about . Mistakes do happen but accepting and rectifying them is a virtue only a few show. ~ SHIVANI S
I wanted to send homeopathy medicines to London for my friend from Malaysia. Tried DTDC and they just messed it up, it took me 13 days to get my parcel back and then again I used this service. Spoke to Abhishek , he was helpful and empathetic. He said the medicines will reach in 4-6 working days but it was delivered on 3rd day only . I am really happy for the commitment. Well appreciated ! Thank you Abhishek and team. Thank you again !! They are proactive , gave whole set of list of documents needed for the shipment at the first place only and followed up till end . They have a update system as well where someone from their team will msg you about custom clearance and out of delivery ! We left a bag at the Delhi airport check in counter. We contacted lost and found and it was retrieved. We were already on the plane, so how could we get our bag home? Luckily we found this service. Very satisfying experience. I was able to get my package delivered to Michigan, United State on time. The package was very well handled.
